Dynamic QR code questions

Do QR codes expire?

Static QR codes never expire — the content is stored inside the code itself. Dynamic codes keep working as long as the QRFUSE link is active on your account's trial or plan, so keep it active for anything already printed.

Can you edit a QR code after printing?

Not a static one — its content is fixed at creation. A dynamic QR code can be edited: the printed artwork encodes a short QRFUSE link, and you change where that link points without reprinting.

What scan analytics do dynamic codes include?

Total scans, scans today and over the last 7 or 30 days, a 30-day timeline, and device and country breakdowns where available. Scans are counted without storing raw IP addresses.

Static vs dynamic QR codes — which should I use?

Use a static code when the content will never change: it is free forever and works offline. Use a dynamic code when you may need to repoint a printed link, pause a campaign, or measure scans.
